Faster Websites, Measured Honestly
Find what slows your pages down, fix the biggest causes first and verify improvements with real measurements, not promises of a perfect score.
Overview
Website Speed Optimization
Speed work starts with measurement. Codemotives audits your site using lab tools and, where available, real-user data, to see how Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift behave on actual pages and devices. Then we rank the causes by impact and effort. Every recommendation comes with the evidence behind it, so you can judge it yourself.
Typical fixes include image and font handling, removing or deferring heavy scripts, caching, database and server tuning, and reducing front-end bloat from themes and plugins. We cannot promise specific scores. Results depend on your platform, third-party tools and content, but we report before-and-after measurements so you can see exactly what changed.
Context
Problems we solve
- 01
Heavy third-party scripts
Tags, chat widgets and trackers often cost more than your own code. We measure and prune them.
- 02
Unoptimized media
Oversized images and videos dominate page weight. We resize, compress and lazy-load them properly.
- 03
Bloated themes and plugins
Page builders and plugins load code nobody uses. We trim or replace the worst offenders.
- 04
Lab versus real users
A good test score may hide slow real-world experiences. We check field data where it exists.
Capabilities
What we deliver

Performance audit
Lighthouse, WebPageTest and field data identify bottlenecks by page type and device.

Core Web Vitals fixes
Targeted work on LCP, INP and CLS, including layout stability and interaction delays.
- 03
Asset optimization
Modern image formats, responsive sizes, font loading and CSS and JavaScript reduction.
- 04
Caching and CDN
Page, object and edge caching configured for your platform and traffic.
- 05

FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
Can you promise a perfect score?
No, and chasing a perfect score is rarely useful. We aim for measurable improvements on the pages and devices your users actually use, and we report honestly on what changed.
Will faster pages improve rankings?
Page experience is one signal among many, so we cannot promise ranking changes. Faster pages do generally improve user experience, which helps engagement.
Do you need access to our hosting?
For deep fixes, yes, ideally staging first. For an audit alone, public testing and read-only access to analytics may be enough.
