Design, QA & Growth

Quality Assurance, End to End

A complete quality practice for your product: test strategy, planning, manual and automated checks and release sign-off, matched to your risk.

Overview

QA & Testing

QA testing services cover the whole quality picture rather than one technique. We review how you build and release software, identify where defects are most likely and most costly, and design a test strategy that places the right checks at the right stage, from requirements review to post-release monitoring. The strategy stays proportionate to your product, team size and release pace.

Our QA engineers can embed in your sprints or run independent test cycles. We combine exploratory manual testing, structured test cases and targeted automation, and report issues with clear reproduction steps. Our focus is giving your team honest information about release readiness so decisions are made with open eyes. Clear evidence of what was tested and what remains risky supports confident go or no-go decisions.

Context

Problems we solve

  • 01

    Late defect discovery

Bugs found just before release are expensive and stressful. We test earlier, starting with requirements and builds.

  • 02

    No clear test strategy

Ad hoc testing leaves gaps. We define scope, priorities and entry and exit criteria for each release.

  • 03

    Inconsistent bug reports

Vague reports waste developer time. We write reproducible reports with evidence and severity.

  • 04

    Limited device coverage

Products behave differently across browsers and devices. We plan coverage based on your actual user base.

Capabilities

What we deliver

  1. 01

    Test strategy and planning

We build a risk-based plan covering what to test, how deeply and with which methods.

  2. 02

    Manual and exploratory testing

We use skilled testers to find usability, logic and edge-case problems that scripts miss.

  3. 03

    Test case design

We write clear, maintainable test cases tied to requirements and user journeys.

  4. 04

    Regression and release testing

We verify that new changes do not break existing features before each release.

  5. 05

    Cross-browser and device testing

We test across browsers, operating systems and real devices that matter to your users.

  6. 06

    Defect tracking and reporting

We provide clear defect reports and release readiness summaries in your existing tracker.

Where it fits

  • Independent testing before a product launch
  • Embedding QA in agile sprints
  • Regression cycles for each release
  • Testing mobile apps on real devices
  • Setting up a QA process from scratch

Technologies we use

  • Jira
  • TestRail
  • BrowserStack
  • Postman
  • Selenium
  • Cypress
  • Charles Proxy
  • Zephyr

Approach

How we deliver

  1. 1

    Discover

We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.

  2. 2

    Plan

Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.

  3. 3

    Design

User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.

  4. 4

    Build

Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.

  5. 5

    Test

Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.

  6. 6

    Launch & support

We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.

FAQs

Common questions

Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.

When should QA start in a project?

As early as possible. Reviewing requirements and designs catches misunderstandings that are far cheaper to fix than coded defects, and testers can prepare while developers build.

How is QA testing different from automation testing?

QA is the overall practice of planning and verifying quality, including manual exploration. Automation is one tool within it, best for repetitive, stable checks, and we use it where it pays off.

Can you work with our existing tools and process?

Yes. We adapt to your tracker, sprint cadence and environments, and suggest improvements only where they help.
