Native Apps Built Right

When performance, device access and platform polish matter most, we build native apps in Swift and Kotlin that behave exactly as users expect.

Overview

Native App Development

Native app development means writing separate apps for each platform using the tools Apple and Google provide. That gives direct access to the camera, sensors, Bluetooth, background processing and every new OS feature as soon as it ships, with interfaces that follow each platform's design language. Because the code is written for one platform at a time, each app can be tuned to its own devices.

It is not always the right answer, and we say so when it is not. But for graphics-heavy products, apps with demanding hardware integration, or products where responsiveness is the experience, native is often the safest foundation. Our team builds each platform app carefully, shares backend logic where sensible, and keeps feature parity between them.

Context

Problems we solve

  • 01

    Demanding device features

Apps that rely on Bluetooth, camera pipelines, background tasks or sensors hit limits in shared frameworks. Native code removes those limits.

  • 02

    Platform feel matters

Users notice when navigation, gestures and animations deviate from what their phone does. Native controls keep the experience natural.

  • 03

    Two codebases to keep aligned

Separate apps can drift apart in features and bugs. Clear specs and shared API contracts keep them consistent.

Capabilities

What we deliver

  1. 01

    Swift and SwiftUI for iOS

We build iPhone and iPad apps using current Apple frameworks and interface patterns.

  2. 02

    Kotlin for Android

Android apps are built with Kotlin and Jetpack libraries, tuned for the wide range of Android devices.

  3. 03

    Hardware integration

We connect apps to cameras, sensors, wearables, NFC and Bluetooth devices.

  4. 04

    Performance tuning

Profiling, memory management and smooth rendering are handled throughout, not left to the end.

  5. 05

    Shared API design

One well-defined backend contract serves both apps so features arrive on each platform together.

  6. 06

    Store-ready delivery

We handle signing, provisioning, release builds and submission for both stores.

Where it fits

  • Apps using Bluetooth or wearable devices
  • Camera and media-heavy products
  • Fitness and health tracking apps
  • Apps needing deep OS integration
  • Products where speed defines the experience

Technologies we use

  • Swift
  • SwiftUI
  • Kotlin
  • Jetpack Compose
  • Xcode
  • Android Studio
  • Core Data
  • Room

Approach

How we deliver

  1. 1

    Discover

We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.

  2. 2

    Plan

Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.

  3. 3

    Design

User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.

  4. 4

    Build

Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.

  5. 5

    Test

Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.

  6. 6

    Launch & support

We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.

FAQs

Common questions

Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.

When is native development worth the extra effort?

It pays off when your app depends on advanced device features, needs top performance, or must match platform behavior closely. For simpler apps, a shared codebase may deliver the same result with less work.

Does native mean building everything twice?

The user interface and device code are written per platform, but backend services, design systems and test plans are shared. That reduces duplicated effort, though it is still more than a single shared codebase.

Can you add native features to an existing app?

Yes. We can add native modules to hybrid or cross-platform apps, or take over an existing native codebase and extend it.
