Backend
Django Apps Built to Last
We build Django applications that handle real business logic: secure by default, clearly structured and ready for the admin, API and background work your product needs.
Overview
Django
Django is a batteries-included Python web framework. It ships with an ORM, migrations, authentication, an automatic admin interface, form handling and built-in protections against common attacks such as CSRF, XSS and SQL injection. That makes it a dependable base for data-driven products. Teams often choose it for products with complex data models, user roles and an internal back office.
We use Django's conventions rather than fight them, then add Django REST Framework for APIs, Celery for background tasks and PostgreSQL for storage. Our focus is on well-designed models, thin views, reusable apps and automated tests, so a project stays understandable years after the first release. We also keep settings, dependencies and deployment configuration tidy, so new developers can run the project quickly.
Context
Why teams choose it
- 01
Batteries included
Auth, admin, ORM and migrations come built in, which speeds up delivery and reduces third-party dependencies.
- 02
Security by default
Django's defaults address many common web vulnerabilities, giving teams a safer starting point.
- 03
Powerful admin
The generated admin gives operations teams a working back office early in the project.
- 04
Proven at scale
A stable, well-documented framework with a long track record and a strong community.
Capabilities
What we build with it
- 01
Custom web applications
Full products with user roles, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
- 02
REST APIs with DRF
Serializers, permissions, pagination and OpenAPI docs for web and mobile clients.
- 03
Background processing
Celery tasks and scheduled jobs for emails, imports, exports and integrations.
- 04
Django version upgrades
We move older projects to supported LTS releases, fixing deprecations along the way.
- 05
Query and cache tuning
ORM optimization, indexing and caching to keep pages and APIs responsive.
- 06
Admin customization
Tailored admin screens, filters and actions for internal teams.

- 1
Assess
We review your goals and any existing code to decide where this technology fits best.
- 2
Architect
We plan structure, integrations, data flow and hosting before writing production code.
- 3
Build
Features ship in small, reviewed increments with automated checks along the way.
- 4

FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
Is Django suitable for APIs, or only server-rendered sites?
Both. Django REST Framework is widely used for building APIs, and Django can also serve templates. Many projects use Django purely as a backend for React, Vue or mobile apps.
Our Django version is outdated. Can you upgrade it?
Yes. Older releases stop receiving security fixes, so we upgrade through supported versions step by step, updating third-party packages and fixing deprecated code with tests as a safety net.
Django or Laravel?
Both are mature, full-featured frameworks. The usual deciding factor is language: Django if your team or roadmap leans toward Python, data or ML, Laravel if you are in the PHP world.
Can Django handle high traffic?
Yes, with proper design. We use caching, database indexing, read replicas where needed, background workers and horizontal scaling behind a load balancer.
