Test Automation That Lasts
Maintainable automated test suites for web and mobile that run in your pipeline, so regressions are caught within minutes of a change.
Overview
Automation Testing
Test automation pays off when suites are stable, fast and trusted. Many teams end up with flaky scripts that nobody maintains, so we concentrate on framework design: clear structure, reusable page or screen objects, sensible test data handling and reporting that makes failures easy to diagnose. Reliability matters more to us than the raw number of tests.
We decide what to automate by value, usually critical user journeys and regression-prone areas, and leave exploratory work to people. Suites plug into your CI/CD pipeline and run on every pull request or build. We also train your team and document the framework, so it stays useful after our engagement.
Context
Problems we solve
- 01
Flaky tests
Unreliable tests erode trust. We use stable selectors, proper waits and isolated test data to reduce flakiness.
- 02
Slow feedback
Long test runs hold up delivery. We parallelize and tier suites so quick checks run first.
- 03
Unmaintainable scripts
Copy-pasted tests become expensive to update. We apply patterns that keep changes in one place.
- 04
Wrong things automated
Automating everything wastes effort. We prioritize by risk, stability and repetition.
Capabilities
What we deliver
- 01
Framework design
We build structured frameworks in the language and tool that suit your team and stack.
- 02
Web UI automation
We automate browser flows across supported browsers using modern tooling.
- 03
Mobile automation
We automate native and hybrid app tests on emulators and real device clouds.
- 04
CI/CD integration
We run suites automatically in your pipeline with clear pass or fail gates and reports.
- 05
Test data and environments
We manage test data and environment setup so runs are repeatable.
- 06
Maintenance and training
We document, review and teach so your team can extend the suite confidently.

Approach
How we deliver
- 1
Discover
We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.
- 2
Plan
Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.
- 3
Design
User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.
- 4
Build
Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.
- 5
Test
Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.
- 6
Launch & support
We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.
FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
What should we automate first?
Start with stable, high-value flows such as login, checkout or core workflows, plus areas that frequently regress. Features that change weekly are usually better tested manually until they settle.
Will automation remove the need for manual testing?
No. Automation is excellent for repeatable checks, but people are better at spotting usability issues and unexpected behavior. Most healthy teams use both.
How do you handle flaky tests?
We find root causes such as timing, shared data or unstable selectors, and fix them rather than rerunning until green. We also track flakiness so it is visible and addressed.
Which tool is best, Playwright, Cypress or Selenium?
It depends on your languages, browser needs, mobile requirements and existing skills. We compare them against your needs and are happy to extend an existing setup.
