Privacy Policy

How this website uses analytics and how we handle information you share with us.

Last updated:

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Codemotives, a software development and IT services company. For questions about this policy, contact us through the contact form on this website.

2. Information we collect on this website

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional company name, the topic you choose and your message. We also record your IP address and the page you sent it from, to protect the form against spam and abuse. There are no account sign-ups or newsletter subscriptions.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) collects usage information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

3. How contact form messages are handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email. We use them only to respond to your inquiry — for example, to answer questions or send career, portfolio or project information you asked for.

To block spam, the form uses a hidden check field, a short-lived security token and limits on how many messages can be sent from one connection. A one-way hashed form of your IP address is kept for up to 24 hours for rate limiting, and messages detected as spam may be logged for review.

4. Cookies and consent

Analytics cookies are only set after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics storage stays disabled. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page.

5. How we use information

We use analytics information to understand which content is useful and to improve the website. We use information you send through the contact form to answer your questions and discuss potential work. We do not sell personal information.

6. Third-party services

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are provided by Google, which processes data under its own privacy terms. Fonts and all other site assets are served from our own domain.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for related business records. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact form to make a request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
