How do we know if AI is right for our problem?
We start with a short scoping phase that checks the task, the data and the cost of being wrong. If a simpler rules-based approach does the job, we will recommend that instead.
How long does an AI project take?
It depends mainly on data readiness, how well-defined the task is and how deeply the feature must integrate with existing systems. A focused first release is usually scoped to prove value before wider rollout.
Will our data be used to train public models?
Not unless you decide so. We choose deployment options, such as private endpoints or self-hosted models, based on your privacy requirements and document those choices.
Can AI replace manual review entirely?
Rarely, and we do not recommend it for high-stakes decisions. We usually design AI to draft, flag or prioritize, with people confirming outcomes that matter.
