AI Solutions
AI for Large Organizations
Enterprise AI is mostly about integration, access control and governance. We build AI capabilities that fit your systems, your security rules and the way your teams actually work.
Overview
Enterprise AI Development
Enterprises rarely struggle to find an AI idea. The difficulty is getting a capability through security review, connecting it to systems of record, handling permissions correctly and getting people to trust and adopt it. Codemotives approaches enterprise AI as a software and integration problem first, with the model as one component inside a controlled architecture.
We plan for the realities of larger organizations: multiple data owners, legacy systems, audit expectations, procurement steps and a need for documentation that outlasts the project. Our work is designed around your policies, including data residency and privacy requirements such as GDPR, and we involve your security and legal teams early rather than at the end.
Context
Problems we solve
- 01
Fragmented data ownership
Useful data sits across departments with different owners and rules. Access needs to be agreed and enforced before building anything.
- 02
Security and privacy review
Sending internal data to external models raises legitimate questions. Architecture choices must answer them in writing.
- 03
Legacy system integration
Value appears only when AI connects to ERP, CRM and document systems that were not designed for it.
- 04
Adoption and accountability
Tools nobody trusts go unused. Clear roles, review steps and training matter as much as model quality.
Capabilities
What we deliver
- 01
Architecture and risk review
A reference design covering data flow, model hosting options, access control and the points where a human reviews output.
- 02
Permission-aware retrieval
AI features that respect existing user permissions, so people only see answers drawn from content they may access.
- 03
System integration
Connectors and APIs into ERP, CRM, ticketing, document stores and identity providers.
- 04
Governance tooling
Audit logs, usage reporting, prompt and model versioning, and approval flows for changes.
- 05
Phased rollout
Pilot with one team, measure, then expand, rather than a single large launch.
- 06
Handover documentation
Runbooks, architecture records and training so your own teams can operate and extend the system.

Approach
How we deliver
- 1
Discover
We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.
- 2
Plan
Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.
- 3
Design
User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.
- 4
Build
Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.
- 5
Test
Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.
- 6
Launch & support
We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.
FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
Can the AI run inside our own cloud environment?
Often yes. Depending on the model and your policies, options include managed services in your own cloud account or self-hosted open models. Each trades off capability, cost and operational effort, and we will lay those out clearly.
How do you handle security reviews?
We prepare architecture documents, data flow diagrams and clear answers about what data leaves your environment. We design to your requirements, but we do not claim certification or guarantee compliance on your behalf.
Why start with a pilot at enterprise scale?
A bounded pilot exposes data, integration and adoption problems cheaply. The findings shape the larger rollout so you scale something that has already been shown to work.
