Documents arrive in many shapes: clean PDFs, phone photos, scanned faxes, tables and handwriting. Intelligent document processing combines OCR, layout understanding and language models to find the fields that matter and place them in your systems. Codemotives builds the full pipeline from intake through extraction, validation and export, rather than only the extraction model.
Accuracy depends heavily on document quality and variety, so we measure it field by field on your real samples before promising anything. Business-rule checks, such as totals that must add up or dates that must be valid, catch many errors cheaply. Anything uncertain goes to a review screen, and corrections feed back into improving results over time.

How accurate will extraction be?
It depends on document quality, variety and which fields matter. We measure accuracy on your actual samples during a pilot and set review thresholds so uncertain values reach a person.
Can it read handwriting?
Sometimes, with lower reliability than printed text. We test it on your samples and normally route handwritten fields through review rather than trusting them blindly.
Where are our documents stored and processed?
Options include managed cloud services, your own cloud account or on-premises components. We choose based on your privacy requirements and document sensitivity, and design retention rules with you.
