Cloud-Native From Day One
We design systems around containers, microservices and automation so they scale, recover from failure and ship changes without drama.
Overview
Cloud-Native Development
Cloud-native is an architectural approach, not just hosting in the cloud. Applications are split into small services, packaged in containers, orchestrated by platforms such as Kubernetes, and deployed through automated pipelines. The aim is a system that tolerates failure and changes often without risky big-bang releases. It suits products where scale, availability and release speed are central business needs.
It brings real complexity, so we adopt it where it pays off. Our team helps you decide service boundaries, build container images and manifests, set up observability, and put in place deployment practices such as rolling and canary releases. For smaller products we will tell you if a simpler design serves you better.
Context
Problems we solve
- 01
Microservice overreach
Splitting too early creates operational burden without benefit. Boundaries should follow real business domains.
- 02
Kubernetes complexity
Orchestration is powerful but demanding. Poorly configured clusters are fragile and costly.
- 03
Hard-to-see failures
With many services, finding the cause of a problem needs tracing, metrics and structured logs.
- 04
Release coordination
Independent services need contracts and pipelines so changes do not break each other.
Capabilities
What we deliver
- 01
Service decomposition
We identify sensible service boundaries and define clear APIs and data ownership.
- 02
Containerization
Applications are packaged as lean, reproducible container images ready for any environment.
- 03
Kubernetes platforms
We set up and configure managed clusters with scaling, networking and secrets handling.
- 04
Observability stack
Metrics, logs and distributed tracing give a clear view of how services behave together.
- 05
Resilience patterns
Retries, circuit breakers, health checks and graceful degradation are designed in.
- 06
Progressive delivery
Rolling, blue-green and canary releases reduce the risk of each deployment.
Where it fits
- Platforms needing independent team releases
- Systems with spiky or fast-growing traffic
- Breaking up a growing monolith
- Multi-region, high-availability services
- Event-driven data processing systems
Technologies we use
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Helm
- Istio
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Kafka
- Go
Approach
How we deliver
- 1
Discover
We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.
- 2
Plan
Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.
- 3
Design
User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.
- 4
Build
Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.
- 5
Test
Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.
- 6
Launch & support
We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.
FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
Do we need microservices to be cloud-native?
Not necessarily. Containers, automation and managed services deliver much of the value, and a well-structured monolith can be a good starting point. We recommend microservices when team size and scaling needs justify them.
Is Kubernetes required?
No. For smaller workloads, managed container services or serverless options are simpler and cheaper to run. We choose Kubernetes when its flexibility is actually needed.
Who runs the platform once it is built?
Your team can run it after handover and training, or we can support it through ongoing managed services. Either way the setup is documented and automated.
