Connect Every System You Run
We connect the systems your business already runs, from ERP and CRM to legacy apps and partner platforms, with reliable, monitored data flows.
Overview
Enterprise Integration
Most enterprises run dozens of systems that were never designed to work together. Codemotives builds the connections: API layers, middleware, message queues and file or database bridges that let data move accurately between them. We start by mapping which system owns each piece of data, so integrations do not create conflicting copies.
We choose patterns by need: real-time APIs for lookups, event streams for changes, scheduled batches for bulk transfers and an integration platform when many systems are involved. Every integration includes error handling, retries, logging and alerting, because integrations fail at the edges, and someone has to know when and why that happens.
Context
Problems we solve
- 01
Point-to-point sprawl
Direct connections between every pair of systems multiply until no one can change anything safely.
- 02
Unclear data ownership
When several systems edit the same customer or product record, conflicts and mismatches follow.
- 03
Legacy interfaces
Older systems may offer only files, database access or obscure protocols, requiring wrappers.
- 04
Silent integration failures
Failed syncs often go unnoticed until reports disagree or customers complain.
Capabilities
What we deliver
- 01
Integration architecture
Mapping systems, data owners and flows, then choosing direct, hub-and-spoke or event-driven patterns.
- 02
API development and gateways
Well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs, authentication, rate limiting and versioning for internal and partner use.
- 03
Middleware and messaging
Queues and event brokers that decouple systems and handle spikes and downtime gracefully.
- 04
Legacy system adapters
Wrappers for file-based, database or SOAP interfaces so older software can join modern flows.
- 05
Data mapping and transformation
Consistent field mapping, validation and enrichment between differing formats and models.
- 06
Monitoring and replay
Dashboards, alerts and the ability to inspect and replay failed messages.

Approach
How we deliver
- 1
Discover
We learn your goals, users, constraints and existing systems before proposing anything.
- 2
Plan
Scope, priorities, architecture and milestones are agreed so everyone knows what ships when.
- 3
Design
User flows, interfaces and technical design are shaped and reviewed with you early.
- 4
Build
Work is delivered in short iterations with regular demos, so progress is always visible.
- 5
Test
Functional, integration and performance checks run throughout, not only at the end.
- 6
Launch & support
We deploy, monitor and keep improving the product after it goes live.
FAQs
Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.
How is this different from SaaS integration services?
SaaS integration usually connects cloud applications through their public APIs. Enterprise integration covers broader landscapes, including on-premise, legacy and custom systems, and the governance around them. We handle both and can combine them.
Do we need an integration platform?
Not always. A few systems can be linked with well-built APIs. As the count grows, a central platform or event broker usually reduces complexity. We recommend based on your landscape rather than a product preference.
How do you keep integrations reliable?
With retries, idempotent processing, dead-letter queues, logging and alerts, plus tests against realistic data. We also document each flow so your team can support it.
What drives cost and timeline?
The number of systems, quality of their APIs, data volume, real-time requirements and how messy the underlying data is. Access to documentation and test environments is a common bottleneck.
