HR Tools Built For Your People

We build targeted HR tools for the people processes you run: onboarding, reviews, requests, feedback and employee self-service, without a heavyweight system.

Overview

HR Software Development

HR software covers a wide area, and many organizations only need a few specific tools rather than a full suite. Codemotives builds those focused applications: an onboarding workflow that coordinates IT, managers and new hires, a performance review cycle with your own rating model, an employee portal for requests and documents, or an internal feedback and engagement tool.

These tools are designed to work beside your existing payroll or HR platform, pulling employee data through integrations instead of duplicating it. Each is built around your policies and approval chains. If you instead need one integrated system covering payroll, attendance, leave and records, that is a separate HRMS project, and we will help you decide which fits.

Context

Problems we solve

  • 01

    Manual people processes

Onboarding checklists, review forms and requests run through email and spreadsheets, so tasks are forgotten and status is unclear.

  • 02

    Tools that ignore policy

Generic products rarely match your approval chains, review models or regional rules without awkward workarounds.

  • 03

    Employee data sensitivity

HR records are personal and confidential, and access must be restricted by role and logged.

  • 04

    Fragmented HR toolset

Separate apps for surveys, reviews and requests do not share employee data or give one place to look.

FAQs

Common questions

Have a question that is not covered here? Get in touch.

How is HR software different from an HRMS?

HR software here means focused tools for specific people processes, such as onboarding or reviews. An HRMS is a single integrated system covering payroll, attendance, leave and employee records. We build either, and we can start with tools and grow toward an HRMS.

Can it work with our existing HR system?

Usually yes. We integrate through available APIs or file exchanges so employee data comes from one source of truth. Integration depth depends on what your current system exposes.

How do you protect employee data?

We use role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging, and design with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR in mind. Legal compliance of your HR practices remains your responsibility, and we can work with your counsel's requirements.

What affects cost and timeline?

The number of workflows, approval complexity, integrations and the number of locations or policy variants. Starting with one process, such as onboarding, is a practical first release.
